Hillsdale is a neighborhood church just outside Kokomo. Come as you are, for a Sunday, a meal, or just to say hello. You don't have to be a member, and nobody will make you stand up.

What Sunday looks like here
Park right at the building. Someone will hold the door, hand you a bulletin, and point you toward coffee. There's an accessible entrance.
Worship. Hymns, prayer, our handbell choir on some Sundays, and a sermon straight from Scripture. Kids are welcome in the service; nobody minds a little noise.
Coffee and conversation in the fellowship hall. This is where you'll meet people.
Sunday school for adults and children. Come if you'd like; head home if you'd rather.

A Methodist congregation that believes grace changes people.
We hold the Bible as our only rule of faith and practice. Sermons walk through whole books of Scripture, and Sunday school digs into them further. If you have questions, bring them.
We believe God doesn't just forgive sin; He frees us from it. In the Wesleyan tradition that's called being perfected in love, and we mean to pursue it together, patiently, as a church family.
We feed our neighbors. The Hillsdale/Zion Food Pantry serves Howard County every Friday, and our dinners raise money for ministries like LifeWise Academy.
We're small, and we like it that way. You'll be known by name within a couple of Sundays.

Pastor Kent Kessler
Pastor Kent leads worship and teaching at Hillsdale and is glad to talk with anyone who walks through the door, whether you've been in church your whole life or never once. This fall he's preaching through Galatians in a series called ENOUGH.
Ways to be part of it
Hillsdale/Zion Food Pantry
Open to Howard County residents. Bring a photo ID and current mail, and come in through the back door. Shelf-stable food donations are always welcome.
Missions
Quarterly mission meals and offerings support local partners including Urban Outreach, the Rescue Mission, and Narrow Gate.
Bell choir
Our handbell choir plays in worship about once a month. New ringers are welcome; no experience needed.
LifeWise Academy
We support LifeWise Academy Northwestern, which brings Bible education to Northwestern students during the school day.
Worship & music
Hymns, special music, and seasonal services through Advent and Christmas. Musicians and singers are always welcome.
Kids & families
Sunday school for children after worship, and family-friendly events through the year.

Chicken Noodle Dinner
Dine in or carry out. Free-will donation. All proceeds go to LifeWise Academy Northwestern.
World Communion Sunday
9:00 am worship, with churches around the world. ENOUGH, the new series in Galatians, begins this month.
All Saints Sunday and Healing Service
Morning worship remembers those we've lost. At 5:00 pm, a healing service with James McKinney and Men of Mercy.
International Mission Meal
Fourth-quarter mission meal after worship.
Hanging of the Greens, Chrismons, and caroling
Dates coming soon. Christmas Eve service is December 24.
